"Who needs an estate plan?"

It’s a question we hear often when working with families in our area…and the answer, quite simply, is everyone.

Without a proper plan in place, the state will decide who receives your assets and when and how they’ll receive them. The state will also decide who has the authority to make medical and financial decisions on your behalf if you become incapacitated. Finally, without a plan, your loved ones will be forced to make difficult decisions without guidance when they would be otherwise grieving.

The stakes are obviously high and you can’t afford to be caught without a plan in place. That’s why my firm decided to make available our free “Estate Planning Basics” report.

It’s full of no-nonsense, actionable strategies and tips that you can use to take control of your legacy and your family’s future. And the best part? It’s absolutely free! Just complete the form to the right and we’ll pass it along instantly via e-mail.

Here's just some of what you'll discover in this free guide...

About A. Ryan Sarhan, Esq.

Naples Estate Planning attorney Ryan Sarhan

Ryan is a native Floridian who grew up in South Florida. He earned his Bachelor’s degree at Florida International University before continuing on to St. Thomas University to earn his Juris Doctorate. During his time at St. Thomas he was involved in multiple organizations including the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, and was elected by his peers twice to the executive board of the Student Bar Association. Through Ryan’s hard work he was recognized with multiple scholarships, made the Dean’s List, and received a pro bono commendation for contributing over 100 hours of free legal help to those in need.

After obtaining his law degree Ryan passed the Florida Bar exam and began practicing Family Law. During that time he helped clients navigate the complexities of a child custody battle, or simply part ways on the most amicable terms.

Ryan then spent five years in defense litigation, representing all types of clients from large billion dollar Fortune 50 companies to small businesses and individuals. Through Ryan’s diligence and dedication to his work, he has saved his clients millions of dollars. Despite his success in this area of the law, Ryan was not getting the fulfillment he wanted from his work.

Now, Ryan has escaped the arduous day-to-day courtroom battles and can focus on helping people achieve their goals in harmony. He takes pride in assisting his clients using novel customized strategies instead of relying on an outdated “one size fits all” approach. Through the many different customized estate plans offered, Ryan is able to help his clients design and implement a plan that is perfect for them.
